I came a week and half ago to. Escape nails & Spa in the Paddock Mall two nails felt completely off .I went back they try to tell me that it was a month but it was on record the date cause I used my debit card statement What a joke the manager she's a mess thet fix them cause I had proof.One of the girl goung to try and tell I had to pay first the devil is a liar this race here never wants to admit to a mistake just hurry up and buy .😒

My husband and I went in for pedicures and the whole experience felt very rushed.
Pedicures took about 20min total! Felt very rushed
If I could give them a 0 I would this was the most painful pedicure I have ever had. And they advertise a 18 pedi but you better not get it. The girl that did my feet gave them a look of pure disgust. Then my friend asked the lady that was working on her feet to change her gloves and the girl working on mine started to make unprofessional comments and laughing. I will not be coming back and don't recommend them at all
First time there with my daughter I had a pedi cure my daughter went with a full set. They did a awesome job on both. My daughter was happy so that made me happier� . I'm going back to,get my nails done.
The service was horrible. The people were very rude about everything and when you would change your mind they would give you an attitude. They also up-charged way more than they did before. I have never had this problem here so I am very disappointed. My 3 friends and I will not plan to return here ever again!
