Took my daughter and her friend to get mani. For her bday, 10 year old girls. the techs were so busy talking to each other that they both cut my daughter and her friends fingers at least twice. Crappy customer service. Will never go back
My nail tech Cassie was amazing and took very good care of me! The place was nice and clean. My only complaint is that it is too hot in there.
NEVER again! This used to be a decent place to go. Today was terrible. She was rough and put a good deep cut on my toe. The manager even stepped in and made her stop.
Horrible!! Beware of this place!! I went for a full set of acrylic nails and they had lumps and bumps all over them and when I pointed this out to the tech his reply was that it makes them more natural!! Really! I ended up leaving very upset still with lumpy nails and didn't even wait to have them polished!
My nails are all different shapes and sizes. I waited atleast 35 minutes before I could start my mani/pedi.
Went in for a pedi with my daughter. The tech started on me and in the middle of my pedicure the owner/manager (who ever was in charge) said something to the tech and she got up and walked over to a manicure table and started working on someone else without saying a word to me. It wasn't until I opened my mouth and asked if someone was going to come over and finish me up. The owner/manager then came over and told me MY tech had to go fix the other customer's nail. There is no respect to the customer the last people pass of the first.
