They were rude and unprofessional. I took my 7 year old daughter and her teenage friend to get their nails done, they would not do them together, made them both wait. With my daughter they rushed and missed spots. When pointed out they yelled at her and then just put a ridiculous amount of the sparkle coat over the missed spots not color. Not recommended at all. An older man did my nails. I asked for round edges and as you can see in the pics he did round, squared, asymetrical shapes. Each nail looks like it belongs to a different person. I tried to tell him to do it squared since he was struggling. He said “ok it’s easy”. NEVER AGAIN.
Absolute worst manicure ever! They chopped off all my nails! Then tried to fix it with a French tip finish! My nails are extremely short and crooked! I cried when I left the salon and still made me pay $20! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!
Worst experience ever. Paid 25$ for a 15 min pedi. My gf came (as this was a birthday present for her) and the lady who did her nails was beyond rude. She kept making gross faces THE ENTIRE TIME. Not comforting or relaxing at all. Then she stood there waiting for her tip. RUDE. Once I tried to call the person on the phone pretended to not speak English, yet once I said I had a picture proof of her behavior they said to come back and get whatever we want. NO THANKS.
Horrible experience. They sat me and moved me 4 times, waited over an hour to even be helped when they never said anything about a wait and we’re helping others who came in after me. Horrible job done on my nails. I was cut by the dremel in several spots. Nails are all different lengths, the acrylic is all over the place And uneven. Very pushy and rude.
The girl I had was super sweet! But whatever the name of the girl is, that did my friends pedicure, her first words were “ew” and as soon as she sat down she continuously made faces of disgust. She was rude and did not care to hide how she felt about her job. The most awful service I’ve ever seen. I have a video but unfortunately it won’t allow me to post one so a photo will have to suffice.
