The lady 'in charge' was SO LOUD! I had a FAB pedi and dosed off, only to be woken up by her screaming, twice. My nails are thick and uneven. But I did have the best pedi EVER but my nails are thick, and sore. Go somewhere else. Tell 'her' to shut up!

Have a I don’t care attitude.. I once went there and I called a head to make sure they can fit me in because I had to catch a plane at 7pm so I called and they told Me come in at 12 pm and they would take cause of me .. so I was there a little before 12 they put me in a chair and said someone will be with me .. 12:30, 1:30 all I kept hearing was just 1 minute .. so I got up and left .. i was unable to get my nails done for my bridal shower cause they had me waiting there for 1 and 1/2 hr when my appointment was at 12
This place is absolutely horrible I went there a year ago and haven’t been back since. We walked in and they said it would be a 2 hour wait so I gave them my cell number so they would call us when it was our turn when we did get the call 3 more people walked in after us and they got called ahead, the lady did my friends pedicure then proceeded to move to another person who had sat down after me and I said kindly I am next so she threw her hands up and then said okay whatever. Horrible place. They treat us Americans with the most disrespect. They never take in consideration that when a customer is not happy to be compliant. They want you to pay half way into your nails before being completed. Rude employees. I seen an employee yelling and bashing one of the customers because the customer was happy with her nails and she told the lady she would cut them off and no refund.
It sucked worst ever never go here! Nails look like crap but you cant say anything to them they all give you bad looks.
Do not go here!! it is a waste of money and nails do not last !
