The owners rude and unprofessional. Stole $300 from me and when confronted tried blaming another worker. She double charged me. My nails were done by the worker blamed he was nice but my sister in laws technician was very rough with her and did an absolute horrible job. The lady kept pushing her to pick colors she didn’t want. Won’t go back here ever again.
I guess it depends who you get. I have had awesome nail art on my daugthers fingernails and today's it looked sloppy and one pinky had 3 poka dots and the other 6. Really? Idk her polish always starts chipping by the next day.
HORRIBLE customer service! Every employee there has a nasty attitude. I could go on and on on how my mother and I were treated. And I walked out with 3 bleeding fingers. I will never step foot back in there.
They were very busy when I went with my friend for her birthday and they still accommodated us when we asked to stay together while we got manicures! Very generous of them and everyone was nice. Good prices too.
