The company was employed to shut down my hot tub and winterise it in December 2023. I booked the service for when I was available to see them do it but whoever took the booking failed to put it in the diary. I contacted them when they didn't arrive and was given another date when I want going to be present. I trusted that they would do the work as described on their website.
