Poor customer service, poor communication. I used there services for the first and last time. I brought a dozen shirts in to be DRY CLEANED. When I arrived for pick up, I brought a coupon that was rejected because I didn't bring it in when I dropped off my shirts(hmm, if that's the case wouldn't payment be up front?)
