Ervin has been replacing my boiler today and has been absolutely fantastic with everything that it has thrown at him. He's been polite and cheerful throughout and has happily gone the extra mile. Thank you!!!
Ervin was brilliant from first contact with him via WhatsApp to supplying the part and fixing the issue within 24 hrs when our hot water stopped working over the new year holidays. He is highly recommended and will certainly be using him again for our future plumbing requirements! Thank you Ervin.
Very prompt call back after I found a leaking cooker gas pipe in my home. He very clearly explained the problem to me and came back the next day with new pipes put in the right place all very neatly done. If I ever need his help I'll be calling him again
Ervin came out quickly, sorted the problem (an easy fix) and showed me how to sort myself if it happened again. He was very helpful and polite and I will be calling him again for any further boiler issues.
