My Grandmother is a high risk fall patient.She was sent to your ER today because she fell at home.After just putting stitches in her forehead the ER decided to release her, and out came my Mom holding my staggering Grandmother up walking her through the doors.She wasn't even in a wheelchair, blood still yet all over her, and wasn't even kept for observation.I was very dis-pointed in the treatment she got today.I really expected more considering your the "Best Hospital in the Region"
Maybe some of your doctors should learn to come in at a decent hour. 8:30 at night is not exactly the time to go see patients! Especially older patients! Need to fix your program!
