I spent a wonderful day training with Gem earlier this month. The communication prior to the day was excellent with prompt responses and a questionnaire to clarify what was most important for me to get out of my training. Gem was really friendly and welcoming on the day, and explained clearly how and why she did everything. She was also very patient. We can’t recommend using Gem at Erin Kate Photography enough for a newborn photoshoot. Gem was friendly, kind and understanding, taking her time and allowing not only ourselves but our little one as much time as we needed. This was from making sure little one was content and sleepy no matter how long a feed or number of nappy changes were needed, right up to assisting to accommodate myself due to postnatal neuropraxia resulting in me being extremely unsteady on my feet and slow to get into position for the family photos. We had the most incredible experience with Gem for our newborn photoshoot! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She was so patient and gentle with our little one, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere that made the whole session such a joy.
