Erie is the worst insurance ever!I'm filing a complaint on the adjuster in Memphis, he is very rude and doesn't have good customer service skills. Don't ever get Erie this insurance company should be shut down . ***** **** if the best when it come to homeowners insurance. I advised them that wires in my attic were getting wet and the adjuster basically told me to wait until he calls me back ...Erie is full of *** and if my house catch on fire I'm pointing the finger at the adjuster for taking his time
Been a client of Chris Rodbro Insurance Agency since 2006. Recently, had a worst customer service experience with Longcamp Rodbro Insurance Agency. One of Longcamp's agents was very rude to us by yelling, providing inaccurate and incomplete Auto & Home Insurance Quotes (clearly lacking a due diligence), and lastly, refused to return our calls on time. Very unprofessional and incompetent in every way. Very poor customer service.
Because terrible things can happen, such as the total loss of a home due to fire, tornado or other disaster, a homeowner must be able to trust the insurance company providing that coverage. I lost my trust and confidence in Erie Insurance for providing that coverage, and the risk with keeping Erie Insurance became too high. March 15 I had a car accident – I was not at fault. 2 cars hit me where my car was completely totaled. Because 3 insurance companies are involved in this process, I was informed that I should file a claim with my insurer and Erie would pay me money within a few days. Erie has been my auto insurance provider for since I got my first car and has been my parents before me for 30+ years. We have had nothing but positive things to say about Erie and their customer service.
