Eric was very, very easy to deal with. I feel like he listened to my concerns, and really respected those, as opposed to pushing me to complete the sale. He did a lot of extra things, like offering to go over and let the pipes drip when there was a freeze warning, or picking up extra bales of pinestraw for me to spread- without being asked!
