This was my first experience with a house sale. Eric was very professional and understanding of my situation and guided me every step of the way. He responded quickly to my texts, emails and phone calls and was always encouraging ( even when I was discouraged). I was very pleased with his expertise and advise and did get the price I needed - all thanks to Eric
Eric was terrific in helping us list and sell our house. He gave suggestions in preparing the house to be listed, kept us updated on showings and was effective in negotiating the sale. He gave us a contact for a handyman for a minor repair and kept us informed about the events leading up to closing. We will definitely contact him for future real estate transactions!

Eric was very, very easy to deal with. I feel like he listened to my concerns, and really respected those, as opposed to pushing me to complete the sale. He did a lot of extra things, like offering to go over and let the pipes drip when there was a freeze warning, or picking up extra bales of pinestraw for me to spread- without being asked! Our property was certainly a challenge as it was in the country and had some unconventional qualities. We were grateful that Eric was not only positive about the home but didn't suggest lots of expensive changes.
