Eric's knowledge about my neighborhood and value far surpassed any research I did before listing. After settling my concerns and agreeing on a price, Eric had offers coming in immediately. My house was under contract and the selling process started faster than I ever imagined. The process was very smooth and all questions asked were answered immediately. I would recommend Eric to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

When I think of Eric Vaughn words that immediately come to mind are professional, realistic and honest. From the moment we met about getting my house sold I was impressed with his attention to detail and work ethic. He was there by phone, email and text every day throughout the process. I was so worried about getting my house sold and yet with Eric's help it was a painless process! I would recommend Eric Vaughn and his team without hesitation and would use him again in a second if I returned to Athens!

Selling a house with Eric and his team at the helm was a breeze. Through a combination of his minor, but important, suggested improvements and the exquisite photographs, our house was under contract within a week of its listing. His attention to detail, quick and knowledgable responses to our questions, and professional demeanor turned a complex process into an enjoyable one.

This was my first experience with a house sale. Eric was very professional and understanding of my situation and guided me every step of the way. He responded quickly to my texts, emails and phone calls and was always encouraging ( even when I was discouraged). I was very pleased with his expertise and advise and did get the price I needed - all thanks to Eric

Eric was terrific in helping us list and sell our house. He gave suggestions in preparing the house to be listed, kept us updated on showings and was effective in negotiating the sale. He gave us a contact for a handyman for a minor repair and kept us informed about the events leading up to closing. We will definitely contact him for future real estate transactions!
