We lucked into finding Eric to represent us in our Athens home search. As the saying goes, "It's better to be lucky than good." Buying a house when you live out of state can be especially challenging. But, Eric and his team made the process seamless. He was responsive via email working to figure out our preferences and sent us home options in a rapidly changing market. We were on a tight time frame to find and purchase a home. We worked with Eric in buying a house in the Boulevard neighborhood. We were in the process of moving to Athens from Atlanta with a 2 year old and a new baby and Eric was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend him.
Warren worked with Eric Vaughn to help sell my house in Watkinsville. He took excellent photos, made suggestions and was extremely helpful. After the house sold, Warren was extremely savvy, pointing out construction flaws, as well as highlighting good features, in various future buying possibilities.
