Eric and his team are incredible. I was very proud of the house I was selling and they represented it so well. I find Eric and his assistant Warren to be incredibly professional, efficient, and strong communicators, with just the right balance of communication. Eric never bothered me with unnecessary information or check-ins, yet he shared updates when he could. I also never feel like I'm bothering him when I reach out with a question, no matter how mundane.

Buying a house when you live out of state can be especially challenging. But, Eric and his team made the process seamless. He was responsive via email working to figure out our preferences and sent us home options in a rapidly changing market. We were on a tight time frame to find and purchase a home. Warren worked with Eric Vaughn to help sell my house in Watkinsville. He took excellent photos, made suggestions and was extremely helpful. After the house sold, Warren was extremely savvy, pointing out construction flaws, as well as highlighting good features, in various future buying possibilities.
