We have only bought a property with Eric Lloyd but they have been spot on through the whole process. All the team are fast in communicating, always available and pleasant to deal with. They have passed queries onto the seller quickly and helped resolves questions and concerns as well. They have fitted in with our viewing requests and have made the purchase move at a great pace. Hopefully I won't be selling for a long time but if I do.......:)
