My son has been involved in an accident with one of State Farm’s insured on Thursday 5/23. As of today 5/28, we still have not been contacted by their adjuster.
I have been with state farm for years. After this last weather event they tossed me under the bus for 96 bucks. I will be looking for a new agent soon
Last Thursday, May 16, 2019, an older gentleman insured by State Farm pulled out in front of me. We all were thankfully ok, some soreness in my neck and back. State Farm supplied me with a rental car the same day. Long story short, a State Farm rep was at my home yesterday, May 22, 2019, to appraise my vehicle. He could clearly see that my vehicle was a total loss as the left subframe was damaged and sticking out through my bumper. Their customer service is outstanding. The rates are affordable and I highly recommend Troy Weldon as a State Farm Agent. You will NOT be disappointed.
For insurance company who prides their self on being a good neighbor there sure full of it I try to file a claim with them they call me back 30 minutes later saying they will only pay for 90% of the damages to my car which was and perfect condition And they want me to pay for the other 10% I am so glad that I do not carry State Farm Insurance cause they just seem like they are a bunch of scammers and con artist 2 thumbs down Horrible company

I have to say that I am disappointed in statefarm insurance. I came to statefarm because the policy was cheaper. Big mistake. U pay doe whT u get and cheapest is not the way. Big lesson I have learned. But after suffering a loss and talking with others who have and have had statefarm; I am not surprised. I have been told by too many they are snake farm. I am a state farm customer and get nothing but run around from their main office one person tells you one thing the other person tells you something completely opposite. My motorcycle was hit while parked from another one of their clients and no one can let me know when the dealer was going to get the check so they could order parts . On April 15th I had to make a auto claim it is now May 7th and State Farm still has not sent anyone to the shop I have called 8 times , they told my they don't have any one to estimate and off road car so the shop has to send photos and cost to a 3rd party vendor for State Farm and they have 3 times with on response I was also told by my agent that this is how its done! after speaking with the shop and others State Farm is the only one that does this.
