RecommendedWhen we moved from Indiana to South Carolina the moving company “lost” one of the remote controls to out adjustable bed. The store where we bought the bed said it would order a new remote but didn’t follow through after repeated phone calls over a month. So I finally called Ergomotion customer service. They were great to work with and promised a new remote within the week.
