I have purchased a Beautyrest mattress with a smartmotion 2.0 retractable bed frame I had a problem with the massager I call Ergomotion, Inc. and they customer service right away took care of me and send me the parts that broke on the bed and a technician came and fixed it with no hesitation I will truly recommend them to anyone.
Quality of product and excellent follow up care
When we moved from Indiana to South Carolina the moving company “lost” one of the remote controls to out adjustable bed. The store where we bought the bed said it would order a new remote but didn’t follow through after repeated phone calls over a month. So I finally called Ergomotion customer service. They were great to work with and promised a new remote within the week.
I received exemplary customer service.

I have to say the rep that i dealed with today was fantastic and help me out of a jam . In my eyes she took the ball and ran with itand made the winning shot and also she took the time with me to make sure every thing went well thank you
Called Ergomotion customer service to purchase a replacement input power cord for my bed that the dog chewed up. Stephanie in customer service was extremely helpful and sent the cord out to me at no cost which made my day. Appreciate the fine customer service and help I received.
