Customer service rep Elizabeth Carranza was extremely helpful and thorough helped me order the replacement part that I needed ... THESE PEOPLE and their great service is why you should all consider doing business with them !!!They have a great warranty and stand behind their products !!!
The lack of customer service while my adjustable base malfunctioned was very disappointing and frustrating. I was left in the dark waiting for information and had to follow up multiple times to get a response. After nearly 3 months I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
I highly recommend them for their Customer Service. The rep knew exactly what to do to get the bed to respond after having been inactive for almost a year. They're the greatest!

I have had my bed since December 2013. The foot will not rise and Elizabeth Carranza diagnosed the problem and said it needs a new foot motor. Ergomotion will pay 86% of the cost of the new motor but the closest technician is listed as 1 1/2 hour from me. She explained what is involved in replacing the motor and it sounds simple enough. She also sent me a You Tube video on how to replace, so I plan to have someone nearby install the new motor (or maybe get a couple strong teenagers to remove the mattress and do it myself). When we lost power one of the control box was damaged when the power came back on. We called customer service and they ordered the part for us. It took about a week to come in because of the pandemic bit the repair man was her the next day and got out bed up and running in no time.
