Great customer service, Was fast and answered all of my questions without any confusion of what needed to be repaired and how to do them. Loved working with the rep Stephanie she did a great job.
This literally helped me survive a horrible car accident. I suffered six broken ribs and a bruised lung. Spent a week in the hospital. All movement was painful. If I weren’t able to raise my bed into an upright position I would not have been able to get out of it. For six weeks I could only sleep on my back, so how wonderful to be able to raise my legs and head and get a massage. I am so very grateful we purchased this bed when we did!

I needed a replacement motor for my bed & called the Customer Service # and the young man that took my call was very helpful, courteous & informed... the matter was handled very quickly! We totally enjoy the comfort of our adjustable bed!
Just had a head motor break and Ron in warranty was a great help. Got My part ordered and a technician set up right away. I was worried with it being a month old and Ron assured me this was odd for it to go bad so quick and assured me this is not an ongoing issue. Thanks, Ron!
