RecommendedI brought my Ergomotion bed two years ago, the motions on the bed start getting really loud and out of control. I called and the young man ordered my parts, sorry I can’t remember his name but he with right on and ordered my parts they will be here 12/13/18. They have called me to make sure when they get here they will be right out. Thank you .

Great customer service. Had my bed reset in record time.
We bought our bed few weeks ago and so far it is really comfortable. One side of the bed quit working and the person from customer service was very polite and helpful! I now know there is a child lock on the remote. I am sorry I forgot the name of the guy that helped me. Thank you!

ergomotion is wonderful. one remote quit working and a wonderful young man by the name of Jamar was so very helpful. getting me a new remote asap hope they know what a great customer service person they have in Jamar. God bless!!!
