RecommendedSpoke with Jamar who then gave me a local company to phone to diagnose my problem with a claim number. It took a total of 5 days from the time I phoned to have my foot motor sent and installed. I am very pleased with the service this company provided. The local service person was John from Bed Repair and all I can say is he is totally prompt and very professional.

Took care of my remote problem . Sending new ones soon . Rep. Was very courteous and pleasant. Love our beds purchased them in 2012.
Buyer beware if you have a problem you need to keep your remote and or manual handy. You also need to be able to fit under the bed where the boxes are to fix any sync issues or anything else. That can be difficulty for some. Customer service wasn’t difficult to contact and was patient. It took me an hour to resync my beds. I am not the best at mechanical things but not the worst either.

worst customer service ever. Their warranty is that they will send you the part that may or may not be broken and you can install it yourself. If you cant figure it out you can "invite" someone who can??? WTF??? This bed isn't even 2 years old and its already not working. Buyer beware!
The company is very easy to deal with and very pleasant, however the new linear actuator for the foot of my bed does Not raise it as high as the original. The Co. told me they were aware of this but did not share this info with me.I would Not have ordered the new one as the foot height is the only way I can sleep. I put the old one back on stuck in the up position which is how I sleep. it will not go down but at least it's where it needs to be. I now have a Brand New Delta linear actuator that I can not use but paid for it. ... read more
