A little delay in returning a telephone service call, however, once the call back was made, my problem was promptly resolved. Great customer service.

When I bought the bed, I was told the legs weer adjustable to 3 different heights. Well, they are, but only if I want to put bare metal on my wood floor since the platform didn't come with felt pads for the 3" legs. I've now been waiting more than 2 months for Ergomotion to send me the "backordered" felt pads. Really?
I called customer service and they had me fixed up in about five minutes .... so fa , so good !
Terrible customer service help with 2 Reps I spoke to regarding my smart bed base not moving. Either I get under the bed (age 65+), get a friend to assist or pay $125 for a service visit. My base is still under warranty since I purchased it in 2017. The remote was not pairing with the power down box under the bed. Issa, a wonderful representative I spoke to today explained although the box was located under the base, it was located on the far left and not in the middle!
