Recommendedcustomer service with this company is the absolute best
RecommendedRemote on my adjustable bed has been working intermittently for months. I called customer service and they're sending out a new one for free. Of course it's under warranty, but the fact that she apologized for my inconvenience and didn't make me jump through hoops for a replacement was fantastic!
RecommendedHave had bed only 3 months and the foot raise mechanism isn’t working. Called Vince was helpful and arranged for a new motor and install. So far so good

We paid over $4,000 for our Ergomotion Foundation less than 6 months ago. Our control box on one side completely failed. We have had numerous email conversations regarding this and the technician is waiting for the company to send the part. Today, they told us due to inventory issues they have been unable to send the part promised 1/6/14. Since the tech can only come on Fridays, we wait another week. This is a HUGE investment and the customer service has been HORRIBLE!!
