Great display of Ercol furniture in a spacious setting and helpful staff. There's the added bonus of the outlet too.
Although I cannot fault the quality of the furniture or workmanship, We have a Windsor sideboard and the handle got damaged with removal. The unit was bought 20 years ago but same unit is still produced today , on enquiry for a replacement that I could purchase, I was told because it's over five years since we purchased it they will not supply a replacement, seek a furniture restorer. Very disappointed. My wife ordered a side board over a month ago, paying nearly £1000. Delivered broken. Contacted Ercol and they said that it would be collected and a new one sent out… we are three weeks later and nothing. Not collected, still sat boxed in our living room and no new side board. Customer service is very very poor. Buyer Beware.
