Couldn't be more pleased with the service at EraGem. They promply and courteously answered all my questions about a ring I was checking out. Shipment was lighening-fast and free. They sized the ring before they sent it, not usually done in this online business. I have to say I am so impressed with EraGem. ******* was professional & so prompt in his response to my emails. I prefer vintage, because with maybe the exception of expensive custom pieces, it's hard to find the same quality from even just 30 yrs ago. I have dealt with several companies, but EraGem is far superior to the others. Their site has excellent, close up photos from all angles & on a hand.
