They have excellent customer service. I couldn't decide what upgrade wedding ring I wanted, but they worked with me wonderfully. Shipping is fast and easy. If you find that the ring is not for you and want something else (I wanted a bigger diamond) returns are a breeze. I will buy from them again. Rings are packaged beautifully.

Ive been following EraGem on social media for years and have oohd and aahd over every piece they share. For our 20th wedding anniversary I was surprised with a visit to their shop and a new wedding ring, what a thrill! I was torn between two gorgeous art deco rings and finally chose one.
