I ordered a ring that needed to be sized to fit my finger. This was done in a timely manner. I was kept abreast of the process and notified when my ring was finish. They have excellent customer service. I couldn't decide what upgrade wedding ring I wanted, but they worked with me wonderfully. Shipping is fast and easy. If you find that the ring is not for you and want something else (I wanted a bigger diamond) returns are a breeze. I will buy from them again. Rings are packaged beautifully.
