RecommendedI received excellent care at St. Francis! The nurses and nurse assistants were so kind and skilled, especially Danielle, Ashley, Forrest, and Lori. The room I stayed in was clean and so nicely-appointed - it felt more like a hotel stay than a hospital stay. The bathroom was modern, new, and sparkling clean. Also, you couldn’t ask for a better doctor than Dr. Godwin. My time there was a blessing! Thank you! 😊
I have been coming here for over 6 years and this is the absolute worst customer service!!! My appointment was scheduled for 11 am - on my pre-call they asked me to come in 10 minutes early. I arrived at 10:50 am and as of 12:05 pm I have not seen my doctor!!! Apparently my time is not worth anything to them. We all know if I was an hour plus late they would have charged me and cancelled my appointment! Completely unacceptable
