Really disappointed to learn that despite advertising that they're in Cigna's network, and being referred here by Cigna's online physician search, after 2 hours of research, they do not in fact accept Cigna Insurance. A new patient's time is also valuable.

While visiting Ironton, my mother fell. I took her to ER because she couldn’t walk and she had a horrible gash on her arm. After getting a room one of the nurses was hateful and unkind. Mom had to use the bathroom so I went and got the nurse who brought over a bed pan, she literally man handled my mother, not caring whatsoever about her leg. I have not had an experience with the other hospitals in the network, but St. Francis Medical Center (hospital and ER) I would not recommend to any if you want good or even half-way good treatment for an illness. From what I have read online, it seems like my experience was not random...:(
DEPAUL HOSPITAL is a sorry excuse for a hospital. My mom fell and broke her arm on Thursday. Here it is Saturday and we have yet to see anyone from Ortho. Only getting messages relayed through nurses.They telling us we have to make an outpatient appointment when we leave. Then they say they are discharging her from the hospital and I have been asking for 4 hours and 18 mins to speak to her supposedly Doctor Wilson about the inconsistencies explain by an incompetent nurse Jennifer and we keep getting told he is too busy to ev... read more
This hospital is awesome. I've been a patient there three times and the staff there treated me like I was part of their family. Thank you to all you guys.
St Francis is far superior to the other hospital in this area. Quicker, more thorough, and caring.
The staff here is amazing. Dr. Beaudoin did an excellent job on my c setion. I am truely blessed to have a doctor that really cared about what I wanted done. I am glad she the one that delivered my son. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She makes you feel like you are part of her family.
