Used to be great but has declined since new management started in May 2018 :(. Sad It’s a beautiful place with excellent amenities and activities for those who are still independent; nonetheless, the staff to resident ratio has decreased and there are too many mistakes and a general lack of pride and quality in care from the heart. Medication distribution should be watched. I recommend impromptu visits at various times including nights to observe what truly goes on especially on fridays- Sunday’s daytime and nighttime

Sunday night I came into the ER with severe gallbladder pain. After hours of setting crying in pain I was told they wouldn’t treat the pain because nothing was wrong. Here I lay 5 days later in ICU after having my gallbladder which was the size of my kidney removed, you know, because the APRN on duty decided nothing was wrong and gave me the junkie speech. Start listening to your patients before you kill them please.

ER staff was terrible, Physcian was a quack.
Would literally rather die than come back here. Dr Cartwright has zero right to be dealing with patients. I have been lied to over and over again. Lied to my face and that is the end of it. Everyone lies misleads and they don’t care about the patient. Kept me for over 17 hours just to find out everything we were told was a LIE. Also you should stop seeing patients here if ALL the beds are truly full! Or at least have some kind of compassion and divert to another hospital.
RecommendedI love love love Dr. Shahab we have been with him 2.5 years id never trust another Dr. with our little boy. He is so kind and knows exactly what he is talking about, always explains everything. He is a little drive but id drive to New York for him! And his staff is AMAZING as well 💗
