THE 5 STARS ARE FOR THE INPATIENT TEAM AND THOSE WHO RUN THE TESTING LIKE CT SCANS ETC. I WAS THERE FOR 2 DAYS HAD TO GET MY APPENIX REMOVED. ONCE CT SCAN SHOWED IT WAS BAD I WAS THEN DIRECTED TO THE ER DEPARTMENT TO FOLLOW STEPS TO BECOME INPATIENT. I HAD DR MULLINS HE CAME 1 TIME AND I NEVER SEEN HIM AGAIN. HE NEVER GAVE ME AN UPDATE OR ANYTHING. DR. MARTIN PERFORMED MY SURGERY AND DID A GREAT JOB. BUT YOUR ER DEPARTMENT IS NOT GOOD
The heart care Center doesn't allow children back in the examination room so God forbid you have a heart attack and you're not a hundred years old your kids can't go with you for your check up
I am very sad to say I was in the ER over three weeks ago. I was seen very fast by the nice triage nurses.I was taken to bed number three because I was feeling so sick at my stomach and I was having sharp pain in my back along with vomiting . The Dr came in and told me they would be giving me IV fluids for my dehydration , blood work chest X-ray . I asked them if they were going to get a urine because I thought I might have a UTI and they said yes . I was giving a container to collect the ua and told the nurse I had left it ... read more
Horrible service. Very chaotic and confusing. Didn’t even get to see an actual doctor, then the doctor I didn’t get to see ordered a test that I did not consent to and was later billed for. Very unhappy.
