I've rented my properties with Equity and they always go above and beyond with anything we need, they are no problem at all, communication is excellent, staff are always friendly and polite and quick at returning calls/emails. I have dealt with some painful agents in the past where I have just felt like another landlord, where Equity always treat me with respect and part of the family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agent service. Highly recommend.
