My experience with Equity Estate Agents has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After reporting a broken heater, it took three weeks of constant follow-ups before anyone finally showed up — and even then, the technician was clearly unqualified as the heater kept breaking down repeatedly. Meanwhile, the sink machine malfunctioned five times, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff responded with irritation and implied that I was somehow at fault, which was both rude and uncalled for.
