I finished with Sophie several months ago, and I still regularly call on the tools and techniques she taught me - they have really enhanced my wellbeing. I am so grateful to Sophie for her help. She is friendly, compassionate and I felt at ease very quickly. She is an inspiration. I still use her techniques now to help me in day to day life. I honestly feel like a new person. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
