Dishonest owner, first ruined our stair runner and now not responding to our emails. I’ve been very respectful and waited for months but we’re being completely ignored.
Amazing service! All done within a few days of choosing my carpet. Great sales service from Dene and the fitter who came was friendly and super efficient . We’ve been doing a much longer renovation and the carpets were the best value and smoothest part of our whole project. Thanks so much!

This is a seriously good carpet shop!! We got 4 quotes from local companies, and this shop came on top as the most competitive. No dodgy sales techniques or hidden costs - everything is included in their price per square meter. Very friendly and helpful staff in the shop too. Finally, a really quick turnaround - from order to fitting was 6 days! Would definitely use again. Carpet is lovely, thanks!
