With a gorgeous view of the Oakland Bay Bridge, the interior of Epic Roasthouse is a stunning accomplishment by famed restaurant entrepreneur Pat Kuleto. There are large windows, rich fabrics, and a large fireplace making the restaurant warm and inviting. A very busy place, if you don't have reservations the wait can be quite long. Luckily there is a full bar upstairs at which you can wait and have a selection of fine wines or cocktails. For dinner try the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Steak or the Tuscan Style Porterhouse Steak.

Went here with a couple of my bros for a night of steaks and drinks. Our NY Strips were fantastic, cooked to perfection. The steak tartare was a wonderful experience, my first time trying it and i loved it. The drinks were well made, tasty enough to be had with food but stiff enough to drink on their own. The service was outstanding, regrettably I forget our server's name but he was knowledgeable and he gets extra points for recommending the steak tartare. Would definitely come here again.

The food was totally over priced.....Ruth Chris’ is way better!! Ordered my steak medium well & it was still bloody!! The food made my tummy hurt all night...totally waste of money!!

I was taken here for my birthday. The food was amazing, and the server was super sweet! I had the steak tartar as an appetizer, and the prime rib for my main dish. When the waitress found out it was my birthday she made sure our dinner ended with a wonderful surprise! The cocktails were decent.
Our server was outstanding! She gave my daughter and I the royal treatment! Food was good! The drinks were amazing! We had two appetizers and shared a burger. Each half came on separate plate with fries! I figured we’d just get the plate and then separate the burger and fries like we often do! We had a view table and couldn’t be more happy! This restaurant gave us the Epic treatment. Since it is within walking distance of my daughters place we will absolutely be visiting again soon!
Epic is the kind of place you go for the view. That’s their best asset. The food is way overpriced, and really not that impressive. We ordered two cocktails and two small hors d’oeuvres, and the bill was over $100! And we hadn’t even ordered our food yet! So, if you’ve got a hot date and wanna dress up, or if friends are in town and you want them to see the beautiful Bay Bridge as they eat, this is the place.
