Epic Auto Sales staff and management was top notch. They truly helped me in a time of need so this post is not to speak negatively of Epic but to inform potential customers of of Diamond Warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM DIAMOND WARRANTY!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! They use ALLDATA repair guide for their repair hours. My truck is at the Mercedes service shop and it calls for 3.8 hours but Diamond only wants to pay for .6 hours and leave me stuck paying over $500. BUYER BEWARE!!!
