TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF EPIC.... I would recommend NOT using these guys...even if you really have to. When I showed up to the dealership, at the appointed time set by my salesman David McDuffie, the Escalade I ended up purchasing was sitting in the service bay with the hood open behind a yellow chain linked barrier. I bought a car here about a year and a half ago and have nothing but problems with it. The staff is super unprofessional. They're not willing to help with anything unless you're making them some sort of sale. You have pretty much no say in what vehicle you leave with either.
