If you want EXPERT customer service from an all around great guy...go see Simon Nguyen! His floor manager Ernesto Silva was able to work with all of my issues and get me into this beautiful 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4X4 when the Ram's issues kept me from getting it. They were both phenomenal and worked non-stop to get me what I needed...thanks again guys!
Still haven't received my title we keep getting run around 3 weeks later
Was told one thing on the phone by there salesman Ernesto and another thing was said when we got there after a hour drive. Wouldn't recommend epic to anyone.....
I went to epic auto sales with Blaik Ziegler and Lakin Schneider while they purchased a $35,000 chevy Silverado and we have had the worst experience I've ever heard of in my life. I am Lakin's Father I am 48yrs old I have bought my share of new and used cars and truck . Unfortunately I was part of the worst sales experience ever ! Went with them to look at at the truck. Receptionist is very rude. I called to speak to finance and she hung up the phone in my face after telling me I was yelling at her No ma'am I was not and she was Very unprofessional. I was not yelling but trying to get her to transfer me to Hayden. She kept talking over me as I was trying to speak would not stop talking and repeating "I'm just a receptionist".. She needs to listen more to the customer and their needs and stop talking over them so she can assist better. Then she lied to me saying Hayden was not in the office ... read more
Once they find out that you don't have good credit they don't call you back there can you or you and they basically insulted you this place is the worst car sales place I've ever been
