I love Simon! Spoke with him about “finding” what I am looking for! He DOES NOT have a car salesman persona at all. It feels like your talking to a longtime friend. He was direct, very confident and personable. He strives to build a long term relationship or friendship, I should say. He finds out what you need and explains the process from A-Z... I am super excited and I do not have to look any further.

Love the service, don't have you waiting for hours, Simon was straight forward with what was needed and well prepared for the appointment, Nesto was very assuring with the the deals that was offered, and flexible. Epic is definitely a car lot that I will not only buy from again but refer any one looking for good service and quality!
I was really happy with my experience here. I had some issues with credit history that I knew would be bumpy and made me nervous about if I could even get a car. Simon made me feel better about coming. I met with Kevin and Simon and both these guys hustled alllllll day to make sure I got a deal...a GOOD deal and drove off with a car that was even better than I expected. I am very appreciative.
