Bought a car Jan 13th put the car in the shop 1 week later because the car wouldnt shift properly or go over 20 mph after a month of waiting on warranty to decide they were gona let the repair shop work on the car the shop discovered that car would need a new motor another month passed and they finally put a new motor in and the car still has more problems and they say since warranty covered the motor theres nothing they wana do to help. Came here after having a situation with my car. Since I was a student for 4 years my credit score had become low and it was hard for me to purchase a car at a dealership. Simon did a good job of getting a vehicle to my liking on the same day I showed up and worked with me through the process of finding a bank to lease from. I totally recommend Epic Auto to anyone who is in need. Beautiful customer service at its finest.
Came in knowing I had bad credit and a repo but they worked around it and got it done. Immaculate service don’t hesitate to call them ask for Simon,no pressure from them, would recommend them to everybody!
All hype! Videos and talk about low down are all hype to get you up there! Credit does matter. If your credit is shit, expect to put down 4 grand or have a cosigner! Will NEVER recommend to anyone
