Well, I bought a car there back in 2014 and everything was great. I decided to go back and try and purchase another car there and it's been a complete 360 it's been a month or more and I'm still waiting for a response from them. Taking business elsewhere.

Being my first car purchase of my own I'd have to say I had a great time with the epic crew! Chris being my salesrep. He worked through the tough times of getting the paperwork going and done for me through my financing office. Although this was my own personal 1st car buying experience I've been with a multitude of individuals and I've seen some crazy things happen, but not here just a simple deal and individuals trying to make the best of it!
Silly to think that a broken Muffler Hanger that caused a ratteling noise went undetected after 3 visits to the service department is causing me to give Epic just one star. But after multiple visits at Epic, with leaving my newly acquired car for a couple of days there, the noise is still there, attempts to contact the Gen. Manager went unanswered, I had to pay a Dodge Dealership to let me know where the ratteling noise came from and a week ago got a text from a sales manager asking me to leave a review, oh yeah, here is you... read more
Ernesto was a awesome saleman! Got us what we needed, was there to answer any questions we had. Unfortunately they sold us a vehicle that had a bent axle. My wife and I took the jeep back, they put adjustable ball joints on it to band aid it. Well after calling them for 4-5days straight about them fixing the axle, we still haven't heard anything.
