I had great time meeting hygienist and as always seeing my dentist and receptionists.
All the staff is really friendly and it makes going to the dentist so easy. Dr. Olberding walked me thru everything when I was a new patient. Each tooth, what I needed to work on, what I should keep doing, and then we made a plan to improve my dental health. Rhonda is a great hygienist and always keeps me up-to-date on my progress. She couldn't be nicer. I've been going here for about 5 years and my teeth have never been in better shape. All went well except the costs. I didn't know at that time there would be an almost $100 charge for what Dr. O did that visit. Also, the cost to have the tooth removed was almost twice what Dr. O told me..

I always feel at home when I have an appointment with you. Missy is very friendly and treats me not just as a patient but a friend. Dr O is funny and down to earth and I like listening to his stories of gulf etc. The nurses who clean my teeth and do xrays are also so friendly and kind. I may have to find another dentist due to my recent move but if it doesn't work out I will be coming back. Thanks for everything you do...:)
Very well run office. Good music on Tuesday. Misty and Shawna were great at the front desk. Rhonda is a "good listener"! Positive reinforcement and encouraging advice. I like the email reminders.
Shannon did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Olberding is very nice and caring. Been going here for years and love the service I receive!

I have seen multiple dentists since moving to Des Moines and decided to try EP True Dental by chance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Oberding was very nice. I ended up having two fillings done and he did a MUCH better job than other local dentists. I didn't feel the shots and when he was done I couldn't even tell where the fillings were, whereas other dentists have left those spots rough and pointy. Since this experience I have set up an appointment for my husband and feel good about the care he will receive.
