Parts out of warranty before being installed. Boundary issues. Incorrect plumbing fitted. Ongoing issues due to poor build standards

Sadly an awful company with a proven track record of ruining the environment and wildlife, and this is absolutely the case in Kent at the moment. Developed beyond their planning permissions, destroyed woodland they have no right to, buried wildlife alive, endangered the roads and blocked drains with run off chalk and soil. Thankfully there is now a temporary stop order in place but can't see them changing their ways any time soon.

Enzo homes is a great company despite what people say! I love how they go above and beyond their planning permission and destroy countless landscapes and wildlife. If you want to buy a home where your back garden is built on unpermitted land and possibly risk it being revoked by local authorities after Enzo homes has taken your money then this company if for you :) 5/5 chocolate stars 🤩

Dumping chalk and soil on public land and breaching planning permission by building out further than the plot bought. Scumbag practice and seeks to only benefit the owner of this cowboy outfit, and destroy the natural area for all those that already live there.
