The two men who came out arrived quickly and sorted the problem in no time. They were friendly and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you.
I contacted Enviroguard about a blocked 3rd floor shower drain. The person explained that apart from difficulty in geting to 3rd floorvthe jetting would probably be too powerful and may blow off fittings. I explained the blockage had occurred after using acid drain cleaner. He suggested leaving it longer and gradually add water and use plunger and this worked. I really appreciated the honesty and helpful advice and wouldn't hesitate using them if I had a blocked drain.
