Make sure you get your week right if you only want a fortnightly empty. Crap service after being a long-term customer. I look forward to taking my custom elsewhere as these large companies should start looking at loyalty rather than customers just being a number/revenue for their finance books. Their stringent policies on 'their business model' only works for them and EnviroWaste is losing touch with working with their clients who are providing their income.
Didn't pick up our bin due to road works, then came the next day to pick the bin up "expecting" the bin to still be next to the road. Another time they missed our bin due to road works then picked up our rubbish the next week, our bin is to be emptied every fortnight so two weeks later I noticed the rubbish truck miss our bin! So I ran with the bin to catch the truck and the driver said "next week" I said it was picked up two weeks ago "a fortnight ago" she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well.
