Well informed switched on staff. Could get what I was after but found an alternative supplier. Solved with positive outcome
Extremely rude and disappointing service. We walked into the toy area, which was already in complete disarray. Almost immediately after entering, a staff member came over, commented "wow, what a mess," and then rather condescendingly asked my mother whether she could read. She was referring to a sign stating that children must be supervised, seemingly implying that we had allowed my son to create the mess. For clarity, we did not make the mess.
