I come in construction trailer. It rained alot today so I waited in my van for the rain to stop. The rain had stopped I got out and saw one staff had half way emptied my trailer of the rubbish. I could not believer. Good service to you.
It was a little difficult to get to the recycling area it seems alot of people in hamilton have the same idea as me and chose today to do it. The shop is a separate company from the waste disposal envirowaste. Envirowaste staff informed me yellow hiviz for the shop staff and orange hiviz for envirowaste. Recycling was an easy process now time for the rubbish. Around $7 for my two bags staff even assisted me with hand sanitizer which was awesome. Staff need better customer service training. Some are rude and unapproachable, and there are no clear signs to guide where people should go. It’s confusing and unsafe for the public, especially for first-time visitors just trying to recycle properly.

There are no clear signs showing safe walking areas or drop-off zones, which makes the site confusing and unsafe for first-time visitors. Better signage and respectful communication would make a big difference for everyone trying to do the right thing with recycling.
