I ordered a wheelie bin on the 11th January and got an email stating it was confirmed on the 16th saying the bin was dropped off on the 13th.. no wheelie bin and after calling them. They confirmed they didn't drop it off and gave me every excuse for a few weeks to why they couldn't drop it off. From a sick truck driver. To a flat tyre on the truck. Horrid communication
Seriously unprofessional & too lazy to simply answer phone or return multiple messages. If you're lucky you may get a call back from callcentre employee who know nothing only to transfer you to someone else who cant answer simple question then transfered to manager who never gets back to potential customers Zz Circus
