Had a great experience with Entwistle Green in Old Swan. The team was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Made everything smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
Avoid Entwistle Green especially agent Joe Jaison. I paid full rent and deposit, but the property was full of damp, mold, and damage completely unfit to live in. When I reported this on day one, they refused any refund. Extremely unprofessional and unfair. Think twice before trusting them.
We previously had our house for sale with another estate agent and not having a particularly good experience. On moving to Entwistle (Old Swan) we found the experience to be totally the opposite. Alex has been fantastic from the very beginning, always keeping us up to date with how things were progressing, always listening to what we wanted and providing any help or guidance requested. Repeatedly Ignored – Extremely Unprofessional I’ve tried to arrange a viewing for a property on Ravenswood Road, L13 — which they still have listed on Zoopla and their own website — but despite calling during office hours and leaving a voicemail, I’ve had absolutely no response.
