Initial viewing was great and aligned with my work shifts. Evie met me at the property and was very polite and friendly. I liked the property so I put down the 150 holding fee as soon as I got home. I was given a date to meet again at the house with my housemate, go through inspection checklist, finalize contracts and receive the keys.
