Would never recommend “The Pacifica” I have lived here for 3 years and moved in when it was owned by a different management company and was called “The Green Leaf Pacifica” when the new owners started managing it it has gone way down hill it’s never clean the trash shoot room is always filled with trash due to the shoot being jammed and residents just throwing trash bags in the room. The facility’s who take out the trash from the trash room leave debris everywhere outside we have ran over glass from broken bottles with our c... read more

I got broken into and assaulted and the management in San Antonio, did not want to break our lease nor did they want to help me. They hid it and also said their cameras were not working when detectives went to ask. I will forever talk bad about them.

Not safe to live here. I had three incidents in the garage, first time items were stolen from the car, second time the truck was stolen and they found it in a parking lot in Laredo, third time my motorcycle got stolen stuff from it. If you live here you will find neighbors high and knocking on your door 2:00 am and getting themselves in shouting while you are asleep. By far the worst apartment community I have ever moved into I been here got almost 2 years and there’s been 3 to 4 different managements that have tried taking over and it’s an absolute FAIL. They recently changed their name to VOLTERRA AT WEST LAKE. Don’t let them fool you do NOT move here you will have the worst experience of your life.

The property I lived in was Park Central Orlando, and this their corporate office. Have been issues getting my deposit. It's been almost 3 months and nothing. Orignally sent to the wrong address- and I had to follow-up with them regarding my money. I haven't even been able to get ahold of anyone here- even though I left messages, and sent emails. Super inconvienent. There is no urgency on their end. Be better! This whole process just left a bad taste in my mouth for Greystar Entirely.

The managers, Kate *****being the most notable, have refused to answer my emails notifying them that I was injured on the Lofts Apartments property. I stepped on a skinny metal rod of some sort in the parking lot. It went through my shoe and foot. I had to go to the hospital to get it yanked out and a tetanus shot. Also, this is student housing, and my capstone (a final exhibition to apply all of the knowledge and skills you've gained over a college career in one assignment) requires that I relocate to Wheeling, WV to studen... read more

Unfortunately, I fell for the same thing as many previous reviews, in regards to being nickeled and dimed after moving out. It took 30 days to hear back from Greystar on my security deposit from Skyhouse Orlando. I received a charge of $155.00 as a cleaning fee. I immediately emailed them to dispute it; I even cleaned behind/under the oven and fridge, which you cannot ask for more than that level of detail from a tenant. Moved in date was June 17th. It has been 5 months of living under a third story neighbor that consistently breaks multiple community guidelines, and oh have I complained. This place still will do nothing about these people. Again tonight I was woken up at 12AM to an onslaught of stomping back and forth room to room with no pattern. Sometimes it is their pet left on the balcony for hours and if that weren’t bad enough the barking along with it. I’m absolutely sick of them getting away with this. By far the worst experience renting in my life. I understand that some people think the office staff are "nice", but that does not excuse the lack of professionalism, and the dangerous building exterior. There are broken lights, disgusting garbage bins, overflowing dog poop bins, no regard for safety on outside icy stairs, staff is combative when communicating with a customer, screaming kids daily in hallways, amenities are closed at will without proper notification of reopening, walls are paper thin, windows and patio doors... read more
